The Role

We are seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist who enjoys learning and values teamwork. The role focuses on proactive talent sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and pipeline development within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Work with recruiters to develop partnerships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Leverage existing experience and resources to work with sourcing expertise to develop effective strategies that enable delivery of great candidates and influence conversations with hiring managers.
• Provide subject matter expertise, thought leadership and talent intelligence in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with hiring managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client’s business and the role requirements.
