Global Strategic Business Development Manager

The Global Strategic Business Development Manager drives short-term and long‑term growth by identifying new market opportunities, shaping market‑informed strategies, and aligning customer needs with organizational capabilities across global markets. This role supports strategic growth initiatives within the Automotive and/or Commercial Equipment sectors, with primary responsibility for North America and Europe. Located in NA or EU but responsble for global BD.

Working closely with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and the Technology/CTO organization—the Global Strategic Business Development Manager bridges market insight, technical capability, and execution to bring innovative solutions to market.
