We are seeking a professional with an ownership mindset , resilience, and a strong consultative approach to join the team. You will be responsible for managing high-complexity roles in competitive markets, acting as a strategic partner to our clients and international leadership.

What you will be responsible for:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end) for technical and niche roles across regions such as the U.S., Canada, and Europe
• Act as a consultant to stakeholders and Customer Success teams, providing market intelligence on rates, talent availability, and local hiring models
