Global Technical Training Lead for Mining & BEV Tech

Normet Group is looking for a Global Technical Training Specialist to provide comprehensive training support across its global operations. This role involves coordinating global technical training activities, creating training materials, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in training or technical documentation, a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, and fluency in English. The position is based in Iisalmi, Finland, with support for employee well-being and development.
