At Luddenham School, we are looking for a Governance Professional for our board of Trustees. We are looking for a deligient person who can support and advise the board.

We are looking for:
Be welcoming and approachable to all Trustees and members of our school community. 

Have experience of working in the role or similar and use this to prepare agendas and write concise minutes.

Have awareness of legislation and guidance surrounding governance and provide support and guidance for Trustees.

Be highly organised and able to meet deadlines.

Be able to work as part of a team and also to take initiative and work independently.

Have excellent secretarial skills, proficient IT skills.

Have high levels of personal and professional integrity, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Have experience of working with other agencies.
