Role Description
Job DescriptionResponsible for GPU IC product development, Post-silicon validation, production yield enhancement, and debugging of customer issues.RequirementRequired Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field.
2. Familiarity with IC process technology and semiconductor device physics.
3. Experience in IC product development, including mass production yield improvement.
4. Responsible for IC post-silicon validation, product development de-bugging and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
1. Expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and System-Level Testing (SLT).
2. Expertise in Adaptive Voltage Scaling (AVS) technology.
3. Proficiency in Python programming.
