This position offers approximately 30 hours per week. The role operates on a 24/7 basis and requires employees to work rotating shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, including day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts. A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required for transporting samples.

The position is responsible for sampling, picking up and delivering samples, cleaning samples with dockage carters/sieves, laboratory analysis, sample log‑in, data entry, and reporting raw data.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Log‑in, organizing, storing, distributing, and disposing of incoming samples after final inspections
  • Clean grain samples using dockage carters/sieves and prepare for grading
  • Pick up and deliver samples from various locations to the office or vice versa
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment (moisture meters, scales, dockage, testers, protein ...
