**1. Creative & Design Ownership**

+ Own end-to-end design projects from concept to final execution.
+ Define, develop, and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms.
+ Create high-quality designs for campaigns, product launches, and marketing communications (digital and offline).
+ Drive creative strategy aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
