Greenhouse Site Manager

Glassbox Consultancy is hiring aGreenhouse Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new indoor strawberry production facility in Strathroy, Ontario. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the greenhouse and packhouse run efficiently, from harvest through packing and shipment.
This is operational position focused on execution, team leadership, and running a high-performing facility. The ideal candidate is comfortable being “in the thick of it” day-to-day, managing teams, solving problems in real time, and ensuring everything runs on schedule and within budget.
