Group Financial Controller

NLB Solutions are working with a business in St Albans that are looking for a new Group Financial Controller due to promotion. The role requires someone that is used to managing teams on a regular basis and deal with senior decision makers. The business are looking for a Practice trained individual that has been qualified ACA or ACCA for at least 5 years and that has experience of working in a financial controller capacity and has a proven capacity to improve processes and procedures to make the accounting functions running more efficiently over time.
