**SUMMARY**

The GSE Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing ground support equipment maintenance operations during an assigned shift. This role ensures safety, productivity, equipment readiness, and quality standards are consistently met while supporting technicians and operational needs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities during assigned shifts
+ Assign and prioritize technician work to meet operational demands
+ Monitor equipment availability and respond to service needs
+ Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
+ Support onboarding and development of technicians
+ Facilitate shift communication, including pre- and post-shift briefings
+ Enforce safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
