+ Lead and mentor a team of Guidewire developers; ensure timely and quality delivery.
+ Design, configure, and customize Guidewire (PolicyCenter) modules.
+ Develop business rules, workflows, and UI using **Gosu & Guidewire Studio.**
+ Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
+ Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and standards.
