Gym Supervisor

The Gym Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the club run smoothly, maintaining an exceptional member experience both throughout the gym & in the classes that we offer. This role is crucial in upholding the standards of cleanliness, stock management, and overall operational excellence at VOLT GYM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining gym upkeep
- Ensure the club has consistently high standards of cleanliness, is well organised, and well-maintained at all times. Enforce safety rules and regulations, ensuring members adhere to gym policies.
- Identify and report any damages or faults to the management team promptly.
- Have an active role in maintenance of the recovery room and its facilities, be (coshh) control of hazardous substances certified.

2. Class management
