Hardware Development Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Providing engineering support for products already on the market, as well as redesigning them (allowing R&D to focus on new product development)
+ Supporting product lifecycle management activities
+ Participating in, identifying, and executing projects related to cost reduction, efficiency and reliability improvements, technology changes, manufacturability, and testability
+ Facilitating communication between Manufacturing and R&D teams
+ Maintaining close collaboration with the parent company’s R&D organization, as well as with engineering and production teams involved in the projects
