Hardware Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Lead with strong expertise in Automotive Infotainment and Telematics systems.The candidate will lead hardware development activities, support system integration, and work closely with cross-functional teams for product design, validation, and production readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end hardware development for Infotainment and Telematics ECU projects.Define hardware architecture, component selection, and design reviews.Work closely with system, software, mechanical, and validation teams for product integration.Drive schematic review, PCB design support, and hardware bring-up activities.Manage hardware requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and technical risk assessment.Support high-speed interfaces such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, USB, PCIe, HDMI, LVDS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GNSS.Ensure compliance with automotive standards including EMC/EMI, ESD, thermal, and reliability requirements.Coordinate hardware validation, debugging, an...
