Hardware Technician

Amentum is seeking a Hardware Technician Professional for the Space Force Range contract.

**Typical Duties**

+ Perform electrical, mechanical and RF troubleshooting to determine problems in equipment
+ Dismantle, adjust, repair, calibrate, align, assemble and operate equipment
+ Responsible for property inventory, control of supply parts and tools, and quality assurance
+ Responsible for working with Depot Property Manager to ensure calibration of Eastern Range test equipment
+ Maintain station logs, documentation, and records
+ Working knowledge of computer networks and serial to ethernet conversion.
+ Operate timing CS-5 count distribution equipment, Time comparison with US Naval Observatory atomic clock (TWSTT), IRIG time codes and distribution, and GPS receivers
+ Perform technical duties in Tech Control environment
