Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations using HCM Extract, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)and REST APIs Data Handling: Extract, transform, and load employee data including joiners, movers, and leavers from Oracle HCM to downstream systems like Fusion Finance Customisation: Use Fast Formula and OTBI to customise HR functionalities and generate business intelligence reports Compliance & Support: Ensure HR systems meet compliance standards and provide technical support for onboarding and maintenance Automation: Implement automation tools such as DS.030 configuration extractor and Gen AI-powered patch analysis to reduce manual effort.
