HCM Workday Data Consultant required to join an international end user to support IST time zones.

Scope

• Support Workday data migration, conversion, and validation activities.
• Prepare, cleanse, transform, and load data into Workday using standard tools.
• Perform data reconciliation, identify issues, and support defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain data mapping, migration, and validation documentation.
• Support integration and reporting requirements from a data perspective.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years' experience in Workday data migration or consulting.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Payroll data structures.
