A prominent landmark incorporating 2 bars and 2 restaurants at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains. Famous for its food, its atmosphere and its place at the heart of the local community. Known for fantastic food served all day, 7 days a week, constantly buzzing atmosphere, this is a high-volume, high-energy kitchen with a loyal and growing customer base.

This is a serious Head Chef role with real ownership, a strong team, and the backing of an established, community-focused business.
