As an Endorser & KOL Management Head, you will be responsible for BDO's engagement with Celebrity Brand Ambassadors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), also known as Influencers, to aid in continuous brand-building, enhancement of brand love, brand protection, and promotion of BDO's products and services. 
Job Responsibilities:

Plans, develops, and implements the overall KOL content strategy and plan to support the institutional / thematic messaging and tactical communication requirements for products and services

Measures the effectiveness of the campaigns and content deliverables, and reports these with insights for continuous improvement

Builds and maintains strong relationships with Celebrity Brand Ambassadors, together with their relevant partners (e.g. agencies, talent managers)
