Head of Analytics

The Role Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Analytics will lead and evolve the organization’s analytics function (currently 10+ team members). This role is responsible for enabling data-informed decision-making across the business and supporting performance improvement through practical, actionable insights.

You will work closely with senior leaders across functions including operations, finance, sales, marketing, and technology. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands‑on execution, with a focus on building scalable capabilities and delivering measurable results.
