Define and execute the regional Digital Engineering strategy for Iberia, ensuring alignment with global objectives and governance.

Lead the transition to a unified regional engineering operating model, overseeing end‑to‑end capabilities across Development, QA, and DevOps.

Drive improvements in productivity, quality, time‑to‑market, and cost efficiency through clear KPIs, service levels, and security‑by‑design principles.

Manage financial discipline, shared capabilities, AI‑enabled engineering practices, and strategic partners across the region.
