Head of Engineering

A leading international biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Head of Engineering to drive strategic engineering leadership across their biologics manufacturing campus. This role oversees multidisciplinary engineering functions, ensures GMP‑compliant operations, and shapes the long‑term infrastructure and technology roadmap for a rapidly expanding biotech organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of site‑wide engineering and EHS strategy aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams across Maintenance, Calibration, Facilities, EHS, Automation, C&Q, CAPEX, and Project Management.
• Ensure full GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance across all engineering activities and capital projects.
