Job Summary Develop the companys manufacturing operation to fulfill the objectives of the Regional Joint -Venture Management under the direction and guidance of the Technical Director The job holder will develop the factory to be an integral part of the companys group of factories worldwide 1. Manufacturing Operations Implement operating plans and initiatives to achieve companys strategic direction & objectives Plan and ensure that manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency meet or exceed customers requirements for cost, quality & responsiveness and fulfils Group and industry body (VDE< IEC, BSA) standards in product approval and quality. Work closely with manufacturing and process engineering teams to develop efficient and scalable production methods for power cable products.
