Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage engineering teams working on Java / Spring Boot / React / AWS-based applications

- Drive design and development of scalable enterprise solutions

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects in Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain

- Work closely with Product, Business, and Client stakeholders

- Define architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices

- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable application development

- Lead cloud-native development using AWS services

- Manage Agile / Scrum delivery model
