To develop and drive the organization‘s long-term strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth, enhanced shareholder value, and competitive advantage through strategic planning, business portfolio optimization, organic and inorganic growth initiatives, market expansion, and enterprise-wide transformation programs.

Corporate Strategy & Long-Term Planning

• Develop and drive the company‘s 3–5 year and 10-year strategic roadmap.
• Identify growth opportunities across existing and new businesses.
• Define strategic priorities aligned with shareholder expectations and market trends.
• Lead annual strategic planning and business review processes.
• Establish strategic KPIs and monitor execution.
