Our client is a high‑growth industrial EPC contracting organization working with private-sector corporates in sectors such as manufacturing, data centres, logistics, auto, engineering, steel, and process industries. They specialize in large-scale industrial facilities, multi-phase brownfield/greenfield developments, and complex factory projects across India.
Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred: Civil).
Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA desirable.
Certifications such as PMP, IGBC/LEED, or similar are an added advantage.

A successful Operations Head should have:
