Purpose of the Role

Pasta! Our Head Pasta is all about the creation of and crafting of fresh, handmade pasta from scratch, covering dough preparation, and working with the kitchen team in creating authentic sauces.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, consistent dishes during service, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and managing ingredient inventory.
• Improving production efficiency and consistency across the business
• Supporting systems and processes to reduce labour/time spent on production outside of core working hours
• Training and support for junior team members
• Supporting operational preparation for new sites
• Maintaining pasta standards across the business
