Work Address: MOA, Pasay

Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-4x a month)

Work Schedule: 5PM- 2AM (Mid Shift)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting data, NAVs, reconciliations, and reports for assigned fund portfolios.
• Ensure high-quality, timely client deliverables; perform self-reviews and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile cash, securities, broker statements, expenses, accruals, and investor allocations.
• Complete month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statements, SOC controls, and audit support.
• Respond promptly to client, audit, and tax queries; elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of funds, securities, and applicable accounting standards.
