Role Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Staten Island, New York. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical assistance to ensure smooth operations across multiple networks and campuses. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting systems, servers, and devices while collaborating with vendors to address hardware and software issues.

• Provide technical support to over 150 users across various networks and campuses.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint devices.
