Role Description
Govt Project - This is an Application Support role focused on API integrations. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, supporting partners connecting their systems and ensuring smooth operations.
- Govt Project Exposure Location: Labrador
- Office Hour, Mon to Fri
- Salary: $4500 + Bonus
- Perks: 18 days of Annual Leave + Birthday Leave + Yearly increment
- Contract: 2 years - Renewable
- Handle incoming tickets via Zendesk (calls, emails, web calls if required)
- Troubleshoot API-related issues using system logs and monitoring tools
- Analyze requests to identify root causes
- Validate service requests (e.g. configuration, key updates)
- Resolve known issues or escalade complex cases to L2 team
- Track tickets and ensure SLA compliance (30–50 tickets/day)
