Role Description

Govt Project - This is an Application Support role focused on API integrations. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, supporting partners connecting their systems and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Govt Project Exposure Location: Labrador
  • Office Hour, Mon to Fri
  • Salary: $4500 + Bonus

Job Scope
  • Handle incoming tickets via Zendesk (calls, emails, web calls if required)
  • Troubleshoot API-related issues using system logs and monitoring tools
  • Analyze requests to identify root causes
  • Validate service requests (e.g. configuration, key updates)
  • Resolve known issues or escalade complex cases to L2 team
  • Track tickets and ensure SLA compliance (30–50 tickets/day)
