Role Description

About the Role
You will be based at our Yate Depot, Dean Road, Great Western Business Park, BS37 5ND.
You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 06:45am to 15:15pm, with overtime available
You will be earning a salary of £34,417 per year (£16.49 per hour) plus £2,000 retention bonus
You’ll be required to work Easter Bank Holidays. For all other bank holidays, you’ll work the following Saturday instead
Overtime rates:
1.5x pay Monday – Saturday
2x pay on Bank Holidays, plus a day in lieu


What will I be doing?
Delivering a reliable, high-quality service to residents
Always working to strict health & safety standards
You’ll primarily operate Romaquip vehicles, with RCVs (Refuse Collection Vehicles) as required giving you variety in your day-to-day work.
