Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily academic operations of the high school section
• Monitor lesson planning, teaching quality, and student performance
• Guide and support teachers in curriculum implementation
• Ensure smooth execution of CBSE/ICSE academic activities
• Conduct meetings, academic reviews, and parent interactions
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
