High-speed transmission interface IP development software/firmware engineer

Job DescriptionThe job requirements are for software/firmware developers who are interested in high-speed interface(Serdes) communication or have related knowledge background.
The role responsibilities will involve
1)Design and develop IP drivers and software system architectures.
2)Perform hardware IP verification and design test benches across various environments, including FPGA, emulators, virtual platforms, and silicon (real chip).
3)Optimize system performance through hardware/software IP configuration and tuning.
4)Develop AI-assisted design flows covering Software, Test Bench, and Tool domains to enhance development efficiency.
5)Develop IP-supporting tools and utilities, such as automated testing frameworks, debugging tools, and performance analyzers.
