High-Velocity Outbound BDR: Pipeline Builder

Dapta in Bogotá is looking for a high-velocity outbound sales professional responsible for creating a pipeline from scratch through cold calling and messaging. Your role is to initiate conversations quickly, qualify leads, and secure meetings for the closing team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in similar roles, a proven track record of hitting KPIs, and is proficient in English (B1+). We offer a base salary of $1,000 USD plus aggressive variable compensation.
