This full-time senior role leads the High Voltage Test Lab for Instrument Transformers, overseeing day-to-day operations, long-term innovation, and strategic initiatives within the lab. The position is based on-site and targets a Senior level with 5+ years of experience. Your Tasks

Lead and mentor supervisors and unionized lab personnel, fostering a culture of performance and safety. Manage engineering and technical functions within the test lab, ensuring high-quality testing and analysis.
