Hiring Partner / Talent Evaluator (Not Traditional HR)

This is a remote position. Im the founder of Mate Technologies and creator of Thermer. Im looking for a high-judgment Hiring Partner who can run hiring on my behalf, using my direction and standards, and help me hire aligned, high-performing, long-term candidates. This is not a payroll, policy, or HR operations role. If your background is mainly compliance or coordination, this role is not for you ?
