Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with proven expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) modules. This role is critical to enabling organizations to achieve audit readiness, strengthen governance frameworks, and streamline compliance processes through robust system design and implementation. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years focused on GRC/IRM solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end GRC capabilities—including policy and control workflows, risk and issue management, and compliance evidence collection—while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and technical best practices.
