This is an exciting opportunity to support learners through key transition stages and make a meaningful impact on their educational journey.

What you’ll be doing:

Support pupils individually or in small groups to engage in learning, reintegrate into full-time education, and achieve positive outcomes.

Deliver and plan structured academic and social learning sessions in a range of settings, including off-site and at pupils’ homes.

Coordinate and monitor learning activities with teaching staff and subject leaders, including assessing progress and maintaining accurate records of attendance, engagement, and achievement.
