We are on a mission to find someone who connects nature with people! You'll be inspired by nature and love sharing your horticulture skills as you lead the team through daily tasks on residential and commercial maintenance sites, as well as softscaping on landscaping sites.

Responsibilities

• Daily reporting on sites
• Leading through example and teaching along the way
• Driving truck
• Loading plants and laying out according to landscape drawings
• Moving soil or mulch into place
• Hand pruning
• Using mechanical tools for pruning, mowing, etc.

Qualifications

• Must have completed level 2 red seal or comparable field experience
• Have a valid BCDL Class 5
