Responsibilities

• Nightly cleanliness of the kitchen, washing all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and smallwares associated with the operation of a commercial kitchen.
• Learn and operate the commercial dishwasher.
• Do some prep work as needed.
• Heavy lifting involved.

Qualifications

• Availability, and flexibility are definite assets, as the position will require work nights.
• The individual for this position must be a hard worker, with a high commitment to quality.
• Some food service experience would be an asset.
