Position Summary Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Housing and Infrastructure provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership for AMC’s housing and infrastructure, advancing First Nations-led housing transformation and systems in Manitoba through program delivery, governance development, and institutional strengthening. The incumbent plans, budgets, organizes, implements, reports on, and oversees housing and infrastructure projects on time, while providing technical expertise, strategic direction, and managerial leadership.

Oversee project planning, including organizational structures, roles, and long-term operational capacity.
Ensure alignment between leadership direction and project implementation.
