Summary About the Position: Position conducts housing inspections and counseling to military and civilians and their families, as applicable, occupying family housing, unaccompanied personnel housing, and collective training facilities at the following locations: Camp Zama, Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Sagami General Depot, and Yokohama North Dock. Responsibilities Monitors the assignment of residents to available quarters and schedules pre-occupancy, check-in, pre-termination and termination inspection appointments. Establish availability dates for quarters based on actual clearance dates, amount and type of work to be accomplished. Schedules and coordinates the maintenance, repair or other work required and conducts follow-up inspections to ensure that discrepancies are corrected.
