Title: HR Advisor (IR/ER Focus)

Location: Brisbane CBD / Hybrid

Rate/Salary: AO5 Equivalent ($69.21 – $75.09 per hour) + Super

Contract: 6 Months (Initial) + potential for extension

Our government client is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team, with a focus on Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER). You will act as a trusted advisor to line managers, assisting them to navigate case management and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative frameworks.
