HR AI Solution Architect

Overview

Support the development and implementation of HR's new Artificial Intelligence strategy. Be responsible for architecting and guiding the delivery of AI solutions for top-priority HR projects across the organization. Focus on three core areas: identifying high-value AI use cases across HR, designing scalable solution architectures that integrate with existing systems, and overseeing the project lifecycle from concept to adoption.

• AI Strategy & Use Case Development
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the HR value chain, including Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and Compensation.
  • Translate complex HR business challenges into structured AI transformation initiatives, defining clear problem statements and value cases.
