**What You’ll Be Doing:**
**Lead Employee Activities** : Be the heart and soul of our employee engagement programs by coordinating exciting activities that boost team morale and connection.

**Design & Implement L&D Calendar:** Collaborate with the HR team to create and manage a Learning & Development calendar that aligns with company goals and employees’ growth paths.
