Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements
• Conduct initial phone or online screening interviews
• Assess candidates’ basic qualifications, communication skills, and job fit
• Validate employment history, availability, and salary expectations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups as needed
• Support high-volume hiring and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are preferred. We also accept interns.
