Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Prepare and deliver monthly INEGI headcount reports, along with various SAP reports.
• Manage the organization and distribution of Ecovale and gasoline cards.
• Support SURA processes, including employee registration, sending credentials to new users and resolving general inquiries.
• Handle pension‑related documentation, including signing payment letters and verifying the survival status of retired personnel.
