HR Benefits LOA Ops Supervisor

Dexcom Corporation is seeking an HR Benefits LOA Ops Supervisor to deliver seamless, compliant, and employee-centric Leave of Absence (LOA) support across regions.

The role will oversee the full lifecycle of LOA processes, provide operational leadership, and drive process enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong background in Leave of Absence (LOA) and/or high-volume HR operations
• Hands‑on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and KBAs
• End‑to‑end expertise in LOA and benefits administration
• Effective management of high ticket volumes using data and trends
• Agile, continuous improvement mindset and ability to adapt to evolving processes
