About the role
As an HR Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for client and employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on straightforward HR matters while ensuring timely and accurate responses. You will manage and triage inquiries through our ticketing system, handling cases within your expertise and escalating more complex matters to Senior HR Advisors. This role is integral to maintaining service efficiency and ensuring adherence to key performance metrics such as response and resolution times. You’ll collaborate with team members across regions, applying a proactive and resourceful approach to deliver exceptional service to our clients and employees.
